Reservationist

Waterville Valley Resort is currently seeking a part time, year round Reservationist.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to: book reservations for several Waterville Valley lodging properties and supply accurate information to callers about Waterville Valley lodging, activities, and amenities.    Requirements: Experience working in a customer-driven environment, must have exceptional customer relations, verbal, vocabulary, grammatical, and telephone etiquette skills.  Must be detail-oriented and possess a pleasant, friendly, and helpful mannerism. Banquet Server

The Waterville Valley Resort Conference Center is currently seeking full-time and part-time Banquet Servers for breakfast and lunch, dinner, and weddings. Responsibilities include providing excellent table and banquet line service through setting tables, serving food, stocking stations with supplies, monitoring tables to assure all guest needs and requests are met, and clear and clean tables. Requirements: must have excellent customer service skills; be able to work as a team, and flexibility to perform necessary tasks at banquet operations.
