“Jump Aboard” Event Huge Success With Local Businesses

Plymouth, NH – Over eighty business affiliates arrived to mingle at the Central New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce’s social event, “Jump Aboard,” held March 28 at Foster’s Boiler Room in Plymouth.

This event was a great celebration of support and acknowledgment that the Chamber is on the track to success. Marketing Chair Nicolas Minacapelli said, “It was an excellent turnout with a lot of great energy. It was good seeing everyone and tapping into such great enthusiasm.”

Frank Cocchiarella, the Chamber’s executive director, ran the program and introduced past and present Chamber board members, as well as their three current interns. Amanda Savage from the Business Industry Association (BIA), New Hampshire’s statewide Chamber, was also present, and she spoke about the importance of regional Chambers and how impressed she was by the close-knit community in central New Hampshire.

In the raffle, Best Read Guide Distribution won a free yearlong Chamber membership, and Profile Spirits won the Fisher Cats double suite, donated by Franklin Savings Bank and Individual Financial Trust.

The catering staff at Foster’s Boiler Room created a perfect atmosphere for the event, and guests enjoyed the delectable hors d’oeuvres and the cash bar. According to intern Morgan Coleman, the best appetizer of the night was the “campfire cracker,” a fancy word for a mini pizza.

Future plans for the Chamber include fresh print brochures for visitors’ center locations and new web content on regional activities and resources, including a job board and information about relocation. The next Chamber event is a Spring Mixer at Fairfield Inn and Suites on April 5th from 5-7 p.m. There will be a wine tasting and food provided by Biederman’s Deli.
