When partnering with different people, it can be challenging to figure out the best ways to work. Trust is important and should be nurtured in working relationships. In this session, we will investigate various ways of “getting to know” our co-workers, partners, and employees. Using techniques from applied theatre (community building through the arts) and various other methods for the world of psychology and beyond, we will explore different ways to create a business culture that is inclusive and person-focused.

This seminar will take place on two consecutive Tuesday evenings from 5:30-7pm each evening. Week #2 will build off the principles discussed in week #1. No previous theater experience is required for participation.
